Click View Rental on any property and send an inquiry. We confirm availability within one business day and arrange an in-person or live video tour at a time that suits you.
Once you choose a home, we collect references and proof of employment or residency status. Leases are TCI-compliant, clearly written, and typically run 6, 12 or 24 months.
A security deposit (usually one month) and first month’s rent are due at signing. We never ask for payment before you have seen the property and signed a lease.
We complete a documented move-in inspection with photos and help you set up electricity, water, internet and cable. Our team remains your point of contact throughout the tenancy.
